Room for larger documents
Documents no longer need to be trimmed down to fit. The standard upload limit has been raised, and your platform administrator can now set the limit that suits your organisation — without waiting for a product update.
Highlights:
- Bigger files by default — the standard limit is now 6MB, up from 4MB
- Set your own limit — platform administrators can choose the maximum size from the System settings page
- Applies everywhere at once — the new limit takes effect across the platform the next time people load the app
- Clearer guidance — the size shown on the upload screen always matches the limit actually applied
Resource Hub materials that fit the screen
PDFs in the Resource Hub now open at a size that fits your screen, so you can start reading straight away instead of scrolling and pinching to find the page.

- Read at your own pace — zoom in and out and move between pages with simple on-screen controls
- Consistent every time — documents open the same reliable way, whichever resource you choose
Easier tagging and clearer pricing
Two small changes that take the friction out of everyday admin work.
Highlights:
- Tags that behave — adding tags to a resource is now straightforward, with existing tags suggested as you type so your library stays consistent
- Choose how you charge — offer a product monthly, yearly, or both, and switch either option on or off whenever you need
- Prices shown as offered — product and licence cards display only the billing options you've made available
Improvements
- Accurate details when importing sessions — bringing in a booking from Calendly now shows that session's own details every time, rather than carrying over information from the previous one you viewed
- Consistent upload messaging — the maximum file size shown to people uploading always reflects the current setting
- Steadier Resource Hub editing — creating and updating resources feels more predictable, from tags through to saving
