Improvements

Live template updates — newly created templates now appear in your list immediately, no page refresh needed
Clearer recipient display — if a recipient hasn't completed their profile, their email address is shown instead of a blank name
Improved layout — document request and template screens have a cleaner, more consistent design
Better document removal — the "Remove Document" action is now larger and easier to find
Renamed save button — the save action on the template screen now reads "Save Template" for clarity
Dismissable notifications — success messages for document requests and templates now include a close button
Smoother text editing — highlighting text in input fields no longer causes the view to shift unexpectedly

Document preview — after uploading a verified document, a thumbnail preview now confirms the document is ready to be returned to the student
Clearer verification option — the "tick if verification required" checkbox now reads "tick if you require this document to be verified at source" with an info icon explaining what it means
Updated verification language — dropdown options for requesting verification have been refined for clarity
Improved document carousel — browsing multiple documents in a request is now smoother with no confusing partial views

Helpful tooltips — new info buttons next to key settings explain what each option does
Easier navigation — candidate enquiries have been moved to the main menu for quicker access
Renamed dashboard — verifier-only organisations now see "Doc Verifier Dashboard" for a clearer label
Updated document types — "CV" is now listed as "Resume / CV" and "API test score report" corrected to "AP test score report"
