Meet partner branding — a warm, familiar welcome for people invited by your partners — plus a clear record of the reports you've shared and a smoother way to export your members.

What's new ​

Send documents to anyone — not just your own members ​

Until now, many organisations assumed the bulk document upload tile could only send documents to their own students or members. That's no longer the case: you can now send documents to anyone by email, even if they've never been part of your organisation. Just add their email address in the bulk upload tile and the document is on its way.

And it stays safe. Documents are never dropped silently into someone's wallet — each one appears as a notification above the recipient's wallet, showing who it's from, so they can accept it or decline it. That safeguard has always been there, and it applies to everyone you send to.

  • Nothing lands without consent — documents are offered, not forced; the recipient always accepts or declines
  • Clear about the source — recipients can see which organisation sent the document before deciding

Partner branding ​

People invited to Pearsana through one of your partners now see that partner's own logo on the sign-up and sign-in screens. It's a small touch that makes a big difference — new members arrive to something familiar and feel at home from the very first step.

  • Your brand, front and centre — invited members see your logo on the account-creation screens
  • Easy to set up — a new Branding page lets you upload your logo and choose a memorable link
  • Light and dark ready — upload a version for light and dark themes so your logo always looks its best
  • Looks right every time — logos are automatically sized to fit neatly, with no cropping or stretching
  • Switched on when you're ready — your organisation controls whether partner branding is enabled

Share reports with anyone, and track them ​

You can now share your reports with anyone by email — including people outside your organisation. Each recipient gets their own secure, personal link to view the documents, with no account needed, and you get a clear record of who you shared with and whether they've opened it.

  • Secure personal links — each recipient opens their own private link, without needing a Pearsana account
  • A shared reports page — see all the reports you've shared in one place
  • Delivery at a glance — each recipient shows as Sending, Sent, or Opened, with a count of how many times it's been opened
  • Admin overview — administrators can see sharing activity across the organisation and filter by sender or recipient

Faster, more manageable user exports ​

Exporting your members is now quicker and easier to keep on top of. Exports run in the background, and a new history screen lets you download, retry, or tidy them up whenever you like.

  • Export history — see all your exports, with clear status as they progress
  • In your control — download, retry, or remove exports whenever you need
  • Handles larger organisations — bigger member lists export smoothly and reliably

Improvements ​

  • Clearer "skip for now" on two-factor setup — the option to set up your authenticator app later is now easy to spot and simple to use, so you can start using your wallet straight away and add extra protection whenever it suits you
  • Product banners now set correctly for licences — administrators can once again set a product banner image for licences, with crop and zoom working as expected, so you can position and size the image just how you want it and have it save reliably
  • Language polish — improved wording across the new branding, sharing, and export screens
