A major update to the Pearsana Wallet — introducing bulk uploads, the university discovery Portal, and Slate integration for seamless document exchange with institutions.

What's new ​

Bulk upload for users and documents ​

Onboard multiple users and upload documents in one go. Organisation administrators can now import a .csv file to add users and documents in bulk — saving hours of manual data entry.

Highlights:

  • Upload hundreds of users and documents from a single .csv file
  • New students appear immediately in your organisation's student table
  • Re-invite existing students without errors — the system checks for duplicates automatically
  • Browse all records with improved table pagination (e.g. 1–10, 11–20, 21–25)

University discovery Portal ​

A brand-new Portal feature that helps students explore and find universities that match their goals. All accessible from within the Wallet.

Highlights:

  • Browse universities and programmes from within your Wallet
  • Multi-select options to compare and shortlist institutions
  • Contextual help guides throughout the Portal to help you navigate
  • Updated education profile editing — smoother and more reliable

Slate integration ​

Organisations using Slate can now connect it directly to Pearsana. Student documents flow automatically between the Wallet and your Slate instance — no manual transfers needed.

Highlights:

  • Connect your Slate instance to Pearsana for automatic document exchange
  • Documents shared by students are delivered directly into Slate
  • Reduces manual processing and speeds up admissions workflows

Improvements ​

Easier bulk actions ​

  • Redesigned upload interface for a cleaner, more intuitive experience
  • Drag-and-drop support refined — only .csv files accepted, with clear guidance if the wrong format is used
  • Better upload progress tracking with sort and filter controls in the metrics table

Smoother profile management ​

  • Education profile updates now save reliably every time
  • User profile changes are saved correctly — no more lost edits
  • Student ID fields now accept numeric input only, preventing entry errors

Organisation settings ​

  • The organisation admin email is now pre-filled as the default contact — one less thing to configure
  • New account creation transitions are smoother with improved behind-the-scenes processing

Help & guidance ​

  • New help bubbles throughout the Wallet provide contextual tips and explanations
  • Clearer language and wording across the platform for a better overall experience
