Student management for companies
Companies can now invite and manage students directly from within their organisation — bringing the same student management capabilities previously available only to educational institutions.
Highlights:
- Agents can invite students and view the students they've personally invited
- Organisation admins can invite students and see all students across the organisation
- Students appear in a dedicated table view for easy management
Document verification overwrite
Verifiers can now replace a student-uploaded document with an official version during the verification process. This is useful when the original upload needs to be substituted with a certified or corrected document.
Highlights:
- Verifiers see an Overwrite option when reviewing a document
- A confirmation prompt ensures the action is intentional before the replacement is made
- The official document replaces the original and is marked as verified
Improvements
- Verification status updates instantly — verification status now reflects changes immediately without needing to refresh the page
- Company role management — organisation admins can now view and edit staff roles reliably, regardless of feature toggles
- Consistent spelling — "Organisation" has been standardised to "Organization" across the platform
