Account recovery just got easier — you can now reset your MFA authenticator if you lose access to it.

What's new ​

MFA authenticator recovery ​

Lost access to your authenticator app? No problem. A new Reset Lost TOTP option lets you securely reset your multi-factor authentication and set up a fresh code.

How it works:

  1. On the login screen, click Reset Lost TOTP
  2. A secure reset link is sent to your registered email address
  3. Click the link to reset your authenticator
  4. Log back in and scan the new QR code with your authenticator app
  5. Your MFA is restored and your account is secure again

The reset process is protected with secure encryption to ensure only you can complete it.
