Enhanced account security with the return of multi-factor authentication (MFA), plus a smoother onboarding experience.

What's new ​

Multi-factor authentication (MFA) ​

MFA is back — adding an extra layer of security to your Pearsana account. When creating your account, you can choose to set up MFA straight away or skip it and enable it later from your settings.

Highlights:

  • Optional during sign-up — set up MFA immediately or skip and enable it later
  • Account recovery support — if you get locked out of your MFA, a platform administrator can reset it for you
  • Searchable user directory — administrators can quickly find users by email to assist with account issues

Return to profile during onboarding ​

During account creation, if your name needs to match your government-issued ID exactly (e.g. for identity verification), a new Return to Profile button lets you go back and update your details without losing your place in the sign-up process.
