Resource Hub ​

A brand new in-app content library packed with everything your users need — guides, templates, video courses, webinar recordings, and more. It's all accessible from the navigation menu and designed to make learning effortless.

Highlights:

  • Multiple resource types — guides, downloadable templates, rich-text content, and video, each with its own built-in viewer
  • Smooth video streaming — videos adjust quality automatically to your connection and play back quickly on any device, anywhere in the world
  • YouTube support — free content can be added simply by pasting a YouTube link
  • Easy to browse — every resource shows a thumbnail, title, category tag, and access badge so the library is simple to scan
  • Categories and search — resources are organised into categories, with a search bar to find exactly what you need instantly
  • Free, included, and premium tiers — some resources are free, some come with your plan, and premium content can be purchased individually
  • Secure access — paid and subscription content is protected so only entitled users can view it within the app

Set a temporary password ​

Platform and organisation administrators can now set a temporary password for a user directly from the dashboard — perfect for getting someone started quickly.

Highlights:

  • Instant onboarding — if an invitation email doesn't arrive, an admin can set a temporary password so the user can get started right away
  • Great for schools — a school admin can hand a temporary password to a student on the spot
  • Simple and secure — the user is prompted to set their own password the first time they sign in

Manage resources ​

Administrators have full control over the Resource Hub — create, edit, and organise content with the access tier that suits each item.

Highlights:

  • Create and edit — add guides, templates, and videos, and update them whenever you need
  • Organise by category — group resources so users can find them easily
  • Control access — choose whether each resource is free, included with a plan, or purchased individually
  • Large uploads — upload large video files reliably, with no need for external hosting

Improvements ​

  • Clearer upgrade prompts — if a resource needs a higher plan, you'll see a clear prompt to upgrade instead of the content simply being hidden
