Automated email journeys
Pearsana now sends personalised, automated emails at key moments in your journey — keeping you informed and engaged without any extra effort.
You'll receive emails when you:
- Sign up for the mailing list or create a Wallet account
- Create a verification request
- Receive a request for more information on a verification
- Have a verification approved or denied
- Submit a candidate interest
Blockchain-backed document tracking
Every document you upload or have verified now receives a unique blockchain ID — providing a tamper-proof record that your document is authentic and traceable.
Highlights:
- Each uploaded or verified document is assigned a blockchain ID
- Your blockchain record is visible on the document details screen
- Provides an additional layer of trust and transparency for your credentials
Supporting documents for verifications
When submitting a verification request, you can now attach up to 3 additional supporting documents to help the verifier — such as ID copies, cover letters, or supplementary records.
Highlights:
- Upload up to 3 additional documents alongside your verification request
- Supporting documents do not count towards your wallet storage
- View the documents you've attached at any time
- Organisation verifiers can review the supporting documents in a dedicated popup
Smarter document deletion
Deleting a document that has a completed verification is now handled more carefully. If your document has already been verified, the verification record is preserved in your history rather than being lost — so you always have a record of what was verified.
Improvements
- Accurate storage tracking — profile pictures, category icons, and verification supporting documents no longer count towards your wallet storage allowance
- Platform infrastructure updates — behind-the-scenes updates to keep the platform fast, secure, and up to date
