What's new
Family Wallet
Parents and guardians can now create a Family organisation in Pearsana — a dedicated space to manage documents, verifications, and credentials for the entire family.
Highlights:
- Sign up and choose a Family plan — select the Family organisation licence during onboarding to get started
- Invite children and co-parents — add family members by email; invite children as Family Members or a second parent as a Family Admin
- View and manage children's wallets — open any child's wallet to browse documents, upload files, and submit verification requests on their behalf
- Family notifications — parents receive notifications when a child's verification status changes (more info requested, approved, denied)
- Children keep their independence — each child can still log into their own wallet, upload documents, and manage verifications themselves
- Identity verification for parents — parents complete identity verification at the family level to unlock verification features
- Role management — family-specific roles with confirmation prompts to prevent accidental changes

Organisation licence limits
Organisation licences now include a defined number of user seats (staff and students). Once your licence limit is reached, further invitations are paused until additional seats are purchased — ensuring fair usage and helping organisations plan their growth.
Highlights:
- Both individual and bulk invitations respect the licence seat limit
- Clear indication when your limit has been reached
- Purchase additional seats to continue expanding your organisation
Improvements
- Graduation year guidance — the graduation year field in verification requests now includes a note: "if not relevant, select current year"
- No duplicate verification requests — a loading state on the submit button prevents accidental double submissions
- Cleaner verification dropdown — family organisations are no longer shown in the verification request organisation list, since they don't perform verifications
- Role changes with confirmation — updating roles now requires a save action with a confirmation prompt, preventing accidental changes
