Release v3.5.0 ​

A landmark release — you can now belong to multiple organisations at the same time, with a redesigned account overview, branded emails, and improved organisation branding tools.

What's new ​

Multi-organisation membership ​

You're no longer limited to a single organisation. Join multiple organisations — a university, an employer, a family — and see all of your memberships in one place.

Highlights:

  • Join multiple organisations — belong to as many organisations as you need; each membership appears in your sidebar
  • Combined allowances — your storage, verifications, and enquiries from all organisations are combined into a single total
  • Per-organisation breakdown — see exactly what each organisation provides with a clear side-by-side view of personal vs. organisation entitlements
  • Invite existing users — organisation admins can invite users who already have a Pearsana account; no re-registration needed, just a branded email invitation
  • Leave an organisation — leave any organisation at any time from your account overview, with a confirmation step

30-day grace period ​

When you leave an organisation, you get a 30-day grace period with bonus storage, verifications, and enquiries — giving you time to adjust before your allowance changes.

Highlights:

  • A banner shows your bonus amount and days remaining
  • The storage bar displays a timer icon with a tooltip showing how many days are left
  • Grace period bonuses appear in your entitlements breakdown so you can see exactly what's included

Redesigned account overview ​

Your account overview has been completely rebuilt to support multiple organisations.

Highlights:

  • Organisation tabs — switch between organisations or view a combined total
  • Source breakdown — see personal vs. organisation entitlements side by side
  • Usage meters — visual bars showing how much storage, verifications, and enquiries you've used
  • Organisation branding — each organisation's card shows its logo, banner, and brand colours

Organisation branding tools ​

Organisations can now fully customise their visual identity within Pearsana.

Highlights:

  • Logo upload with crop — upload and crop your organisation logo to a perfect square
  • Banner upload with crop — upload and crop a wide banner image for your organisation
  • Banner background colour — choose a background colour to complement your banner
  • Live preview — see exactly how your branding looks before saving

Branded Pearsana emails ​

All Pearsana emails have been upgraded with professional, branded designs — including sign-up verification, password reset, and notification emails.

Highlights:

  • Clean, modern design matching the Pearsana brand
  • Personalised greetings with your name (or email when your name isn't set yet)
  • Updated links throughout — all FAQ links now point to pearsana.com

Improvements ​

  • Accurate storage and verification counts — usage meters now show the correct totals across all your organisations
  • Reliable onboarding — the sign-up flow for free tier users now completes smoothly without interruptions
  • Secure email notifications — organisation names in emails are properly sanitised for added security
  • Sidebar improvements — organisation membership cards display correctly with branding, and collapse behaviour works smoothly
  • Updated security libraries — core libraries updated to address known vulnerabilities
