Ana is Pearsana's new AI chatbot, built right into the Wallet. Ask Ana questions about your documents, the platform, or anything related to Pearsana — and get helpful answers instantly.

Improved bulk upload for students
Onboarding large groups of students is now faster and more reliable. Organisation administrators can import students in bulk with a smoother, more robust process.
Bulk upload for documents
Upload multiple documents at once — saving time when you need to add files for many students.
Highlights:
- Upload a
.zipfolder containing PDF documents - Nested folders inside the zip are supported
- Match documents to students by student ID or email address

- Complete student lists — the students table now reliably shows all students in your organisation
- Smoother onboarding for invited students — students added via bulk upload now see the profile setup screen as expected
- Cleaner checkout — discount codes are now handled directly on the payment screen for a simpler experience
- Reliable product browsing — students can now browse products without encountering errors
- Verification badge — the identity verification tick now displays correctly in the top-right corner for verified users
- Verification details — clicking a verification tag on a document now shows the details correctly
