Light and dark theme
Switch between light and dark mode from the top toolbar. Your preference is remembered across sessions.
Complete visual refresh
The Wallet has been redesigned from top to bottom — every button, form, card, table, and background has been updated for a cleaner, more modern look and feel.

- 5 new layout options — choose from five different dashboard layouts in your preferences to customise how your Wallet looks
- Image cropping — crop and adjust images when uploading a new profile picture or category icon

Responsive design for every device
The Wallet now adapts beautifully to mobile, tablet, and desktop screens.
Highlights:
- Tables on smaller screens automatically hide less important columns and support horizontal scrolling
- Columns have a consistent minimum width for a cleaner table view
- The AI chatbot (Ana) can now be dragged anywhere on screen — no more blocking buttons or content
Slate integration upgrade
Organisations using Slate now have more flexibility when connecting their instance. Choose between basic authentication or an API key — whichever is easier for your team.
AI chatbot controls for organisations
Organisation administrators can now enable or disable the Ana AI chatbot for their students and staff — giving organisations control over which features are available to their users.
Export users to CSV
Organisation and platform data can now be exported to a .csv file — ready to open in Excel or any spreadsheet application.
Smoother checkout
When you add a product to your cart, the checkout popup now opens automatically — one less click to complete your purchase.
Improvements
- Shared documents visible — shared document requests now appear correctly in the shared wallet section
- Accurate document allowance — organisation images (banners, icons) no longer count towards your document storage limit
- Combined verification allowance — verification grants from your organisation are now properly combined with your personal licence, giving you the correct total
- Moveable chatbot — Ana can be dragged to any position on screen across all devices
- Return to login — a "Return to Login" button has been added to the MFA setup screen for easier navigation
