New Pearsana branding ​

The Wallet has a fresh look with updated icons and logos reflecting the new Pearsana brand identity throughout the app.

Free tier ​

You can now use Pearsana completely free — no card details required, no time limit.

  • No card details needed — get started with zero commitment
  • No time limit — use the free tier for as long as you like
  • Order history — view your account activity at any time

Faster sign-up ​

Creating your account is now quicker and simpler. We've reduced the number of fields you need to fill in — just your name, country, currency, email, and phone number. The updated progress stepper keeps you on track:

Identity verification ​

Verify your identity to unlock verification requests and Portal features. Once verified, a verification tick appears on your profile — giving organisations confidence that you are who you say you are.

Highlights:

  • Identity verification is required before submitting verification requests or using certain Portal features
  • No longer needed during sign-up — verify when you're ready, not before
  • A visible verification tick on your profile shows your identity has been confirmed

Flexible MFA setup ​

You can now skip setting up multi-factor authentication up to 3 times during sign-in. After that, MFA setup is required — keeping your account secure while giving you flexibility to set it up when it suits you.

Immediate billing on paid plans ​

Paid plan subscriptions are now charged immediately at the time of purchase — the previous 7-day trial period has been removed. The new free tier means you can always try Pearsana at no cost before committing to a paid plan.
