Coupon codes
Save on your subscription with coupon codes. Enter a valid code on the purchase screen and the discount is applied instantly.
Wallet storage limits
Your Wallet now has a clear document allowance based on your plan. Each document can be up to 4 MB, keeping your Wallet fast and organised.
7-day payment grace period
When you purchase a subscription, your card details are collected but you won't be charged for 7 days — giving you time to explore the platform before your first payment.
Guided tutorial
New to Pearsana? A step-by-step tutorial walks you through the key features when you first sign in. Available on both desktop and mobile, and you can turn it on or off at any time from the top-right corner of the screen.
Improved sign-up experience
A new progress stepper shows exactly where you are in the account creation process — so you always know how many steps are left. A phone number is now required during sign-up to keep your account secure.
FAQ, Privacy Policy & Terms — now in-app
The FAQ, Privacy Policy, and Terms & Conditions pages are now built directly into the Wallet. No more redirecting to an external website — everything you need is accessible without leaving the app.
Improvements
- Verification requests sorted by date — the most recent requests now appear at the top
- Cleaner verification screen — empty organisation placeholders no longer show when there's no organisation attached
- Reliable dropdowns — dropdown menus in verification forwarding are no longer cut off
- No duplicate invitations — the invite student button no longer appears twice for users with multiple roles
- Accurate document dates — expiry dates on documents now display correctly
- Language refinements — minor wording updates across the platform for clarity
