What is the Family Wallet?
The Family Wallet lets parents and guardians securely store, organise, and manage important documents for every member of their family. Each person gets their own personal Pearsana Wallet, all linked under a single family account with one subscription.
Instead of juggling separate accounts and logins for each child, the Family Wallet gives you a single dashboard where you can see everything, upload documents on behalf of your children, and stay on top of verifications and school records.

How it works
1. Sign up
Create a Pearsana account at wallet.pearsana.com or log in if you already have one.
2. Create your family
Set up a Family from your dashboard. You'll become the Family Admin automatically.
3. Invite your family
Click Invite Family Member and enter each person's email address.
- Choose Family Member for children and dependents
- Choose Family Admin for a co-parent or guardian
Each person receives an invitation email. Once they sign up, they appear in your family dashboard.
4. Start managing documents
From your family dashboard:
- Click on any child's name to open their wallet
- Upload documents on their behalf
- Browse their documents by category
- View verification statuses
- Return to your dashboard at any time
Your child can also log in independently and access their own wallet whenever they're ready.

Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually. The Family Admin manages the subscription and can upgrade for additional storage or features as needed.
Frequently asked questions
Can both parents have access? Yes. Invite a second parent or guardian as a Family Admin — both get full access to manage the family and view children's wallets.
Does my child need their own email address? Yes. Each family member needs an email to receive their invitation and sign in. For younger children, parents can use an email address they manage.
Can my child access their own wallet? Yes. Every child has their own login and can view, upload, and manage their own documents independently.
Can I upload documents for my child? Absolutely. Open your child's wallet from the family dashboard and upload directly — they don't need to be logged in.
Can I remove a family member? Yes. Family Admins can manage membership from the Family Members section of the dashboard.
Is my family's data secure? Pearsana uses the same enterprise-grade security for Family Wallets as for institutional accounts, including encryption for all stored documents.
